Abstract:

Determining whether Colegio de San Juan de Letran-Calamba has produced graduates according to the Program Educational Objectives (PEO), the study described the demographic profile and current status of the employed BS Hospitality Management Major in Tourism graduates batch 2008-2009, determined their level of competencies, and assessed the attainability of the Colegio’s PEO for Tourism graduates vis-a-vis their possessed level of competency. The researchers used the descriptive type of analysis to identify the current attributes of the graduates. Data-gathering was done through the Internet, personal visit, and phone calls. Survey questionnaires were disseminated among the graduates as well as to their employers. The survey with the employers measured the graduates’ performance in the workplace.
