The study was conducted at East 2 District of Iligan City Division during the School Year 2020 – 2021. The respondents of the study were 23 secondary teachers. The challenges of teachers were determined along teaching modular learning scheme implementing health protocols, parent’s competence in assisting their children, learner’s readiness for modular learning scheme, learner’s access to social support system, conduciveness of home as new learning environment. A researcher-made questionnaire was used. The levels of teachers' challenges were measured on a four-point scale. The data used frequency and percentage, weighted mean, and Pearson-r product-moment correlation. The findings showed that teachers’ competence revealed that they encountered difficulty in implementing schedules for distribution and retrieval of modules, in monitoring learning outcomes, in providing orientation and guidance to learners and parents, and difficulty in observing health protocols in school and at home. Further, based on the findings of the study, it was found that teachers' challenges on learners' readiness were on their time management. A webinar was formulated as the output of the study.
