EXPLORING LEADERSHIP STYLES WITH INTERDISCIPLINARY MEASURES IN EDUCATION – JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL LEVEL

Abstract:

Academic leadership for schools worldwide is becoming an area of interest for many researchers. Various studies have focused on investigating leadership styles and their impact on the success of educational institutions. This study provides a thorough analysis of several types of school leadership. The various kinds of leadership styles include transactional leadership, democratic leadership, laissez-faire leadership, servant leadership, and authoritative leadership. Leadership styles are evaluated in terms of their impact on classroom dynamics and student learning. It consists of a literature review that synthesizes previous studies, a discussion of the methods used, and a breakdown of the results to shed light on the role that leadership styles have in molding the educational environment.
