The gathered data were analyzed through the use of frequency distribution, mean, and standard deviation for descriptive statistics, ANOVA test for the three variables and T-test for the two variables were used to determine their significant difference and significant relation. Based on the findings, the results shows= that teachers are highly efficient in teaching with the use of online distance learning as a new modality based on their self-assessment and their students’ in terms of the (5) five indicators namely; information and communications technology; classroom management; learning management system; and instructional learning materials. Since the internet is one of the basic tools for teaching in an online setup. The result also showed that there is a significant difference between the self-assessment of the teachers to their profile; sex, online efficiency rating, and years of teaching, and LMS training. However, there is no significant difference in terms of their age and ICT training. In addition, there is a significant difference between the result of the self-assessment of the teachers and the assessment of their students. The significant relationship between the level of teaching efficiency of the teachers and their struggles with the use of online distance learning shows that there is no significant relation at all.
