The main thrust of this descriptive quantitative research was to learn the perception of the accountancy students of Pamantasan ng Cabuyao as regards the implementation of all-out synchronous online learning mode to their board courses. The findings that emerged from the responses of the respondents are believing and understanding that AOS had been helpful to students to understand better the lessons delivered by their teachers with an appropriate immediate response when there are questions or clarifications. It implicates the students to improve their performance in terms of understanding of topics discussed and manifested to their ratings in the given assessment tasks. Analyzing the responses of the respondents, the following conclusions were drawn: The students acknowledge the significance of having personal engagement with their teachers, even virtually, as if meeting them in a face-to-face modality, because they can immediately get answers to their queries and evaluate their understanding of their lessons, knowledge, and new learning. Students believe that their academic performance improves when they meet their teachers personally during their class, either face-to-face or virtually. They understand that an all-out synchronous online learning delivery helps to increase ratings of performance in different aspects of learning.
