The Coronavirus disease, also known as COVID-19, is an infectious disease that mainly affects the respiratory system wherein it is caused by a newly discovered coronavirus. Correlations among the independent variables: age, educational attainment, occupation; and health history; and dependent variables: religion, education, and economic which assesses and identifies the level of readiness of the 395 residents on the COVID- 19 vaccination in the top 5 barangays with the highest confirmed cases in the City of Cabuyao, Laguna. The self-made survey questionnaire has been undergone reliability testing and validation from professionals. It also involved the use of a Likert scale which was composed of 5 scales to assess the level of readiness of the residents on the COVID-19 vaccination. The gathered data were statistically analyzed with the use of percentages, frequency distribution, and analysis of variance. The respondents' religion has a significant impact on the level of readiness of the residents. The Analysis of Variance revealed that the level of readiness of the residents in terms of religion has a significant difference in the aspect of age while in the education and economic it has a significant difference in terms of occupation. The findings of this study show that the respondents' religion supports vaccination and encourages people to get vaccinated. In connection to the findings in the level of readiness, a proposal of collaborations is highly recommended with the religious groups to help more in the promotion of the COVID-19 vaccination that would encourage and spread information regarding the essence of the vaccine.
