Abstract:

The study focused on system development for submission of forms of Recognized Student Organizations and councils to the Student Affairs Office. Proposal form, Accomplishment form, Liquidation form, Evaluation form of Advisers to RSOs and councils and vice versa can be filled-out by the student organization and submitted to the Admin, Student Affairs office staff. Other features included in the system were posting and viewing of announcements from Student Affairs Office and scheduling of activities on calendar. Evaluation of the system found it effective as it achieved the expected satisfaction of the client.
