Abstract:

The study determined the effectiveness of the OJT activities as perceived by the 4th year HRDM students in Colegio de San Juan de Letran Calamba. Using the descriptive research, the researchers found out  that under collaboration component, socialization ranked first while management ranked last, implying that students had many encounters in dealing with people and few experiences in management. In project- based learning, project creation got the highest number of items, suggesting that OJT supervisors focused only on giving work-related projects to their trainees. Lastly, for authentic focus, higher level of motivation and satisfaction influenced students the most among the three categories.
