NOODLE BURGER WITH MASHED POTATO PATTIES

Abstract:

It is no secret how Filipinos are highly influenced by the Western culture, even in food preferences. As an innovation, WAZAAP  Noodle Burger was created to offer a homemade burger patty using mashed potato as its main ingredient instead of meat for a healthier option and fresh homemade noodles as bun instead of the usual bread for the burger. It was a fusion of Western idea of burger and the Eastern concept of noodles suited for the Filipino taste buds.
