Abstract:

    The research focused on improving the work processes in handling and managing the summary of reports for all job requests through efficient data processing and distributing well the tasks to every member of the personnel. For every request, the system will provide comprehensive details according to the need of the user who will be notified through SMS and/or email. Through this, the Unit will be capable of providing fast and reliable technical support and real-time management solutions. Based on ticketing system, the researchers developed a system that keeps track of bugs, requests, resolves customer issues, manages and maintains the lists of reports needed by the organization. Another basis of the study was the transaction processing system, the foundation on which management oriented information systems rest. Intranet was also introduced in this study, for it uses network technologies to facilitate communication between people or work groups to improve data sharing capability and overall knowledge of the organization’s employees.
