CHOCOLATE COOKIE TARTLET

Abstract:

Promoting Filipino  traditions and quality but affordable tablea- based desserts in Laguna, Chocota Delicacies made use of chocolate cookies and Filipino’s very own chocolate, Tablea, as main ingredient to modernize the well-loved tartlets. It was an enterprise which traded its product on a small to medium scale, depending on customer’s preference. Small scale of units was sold better during school days while packages were offered during holiday season. The business’ financial investment came from the researchers and was divided equally as resources during  the implementation.
