CHOCOLATE-COATED KAMOTE TRUFFLES

Abstract:

Juan Derecson Sweets offered chocolate-coated Kamote Truffles made from sweet potato (kamote), peanuts, and cheese, and coated with chocolate. Located at 305 Ipil-Ipil Street, Bucal, Calamba City, the business was a sole  proprietorship with a capital of P 16,434.00. This Filipino style truffle was a small scale business   with   only   three  members involved in the entire operation. Through the proponents’ effort to utilize social media and print advertisement, their market expanded not only in Letran but also in  Bucal and Villa de Calamba. Customers were satisfied on the price of the product and the fast service of the staff.
