Abstract:

Part of the human resource functions is performance management and compensation. The researchers considered the school varsity players as employees. This study measured the performance of the athletes from two colleges in Calamba City, Colegio de San Juan de Letran- Calamba and Laguna College of Business and Arts, and determined if they were satisfied with the benefits they were getting. It also aimed to discover if the player’s satisfaction on their benefits had any effect on their performance during games.
