Abstract:

A more healthful Squared Pancake from Squared PBB Foods was an innovation to the usual pancake. Squared Pancake was developed into a new shape and size for the convenience of its customers. Its nutritional value was enhanced by adding cardava banana in its mixture and lacatan banana on top, glazed with chocolate or caramel syrup.
