Abstract:

This study determined the effectiveness of technical training among production operators in Line 2-RFD of Universal Robina Corporation in terms of the standards and expectations set by the firm for production department in their performance level as to the cognitive dimension; the status of production operators’ cognitive dimension before and after the conduct of training, and the gaps in terms of effectiveness of the technical training in the cognitive dimension. Data were gathered through a survey with the 16 production operators in Line 2-RFD of Universal Robina Corporation and their supervisor
