Abstract:

To respond to modern men’s changing needs and fast-paced lifestyle, J&K introduced a burger in a waffle to provide high quality product that would delight customers. The capital of the business amounted to P24, 354.75.000 with a payback period of 7.72 months. Their stall was located at 7 Visayas St. UP Side Subdivision, Alabang, Muntinlupa City which had a population of 459,941 based on May 2010 National Statistics Office (NSO) records, while the target market, those who were 17-20 years old, had a population of 4,976
