BURAP (FILIPINO STYLE BURRITO)

Abstract:

Burap Enterprise introduced a Filipino-style burrito, originally a Mexican dish consisting of tortilla rolled round a savory filling of minced beef or beans. Transformed to consist only of pork tapa, burap is served with fried rice and scrambled egg. Sizes also varied from American (Large) to Filipino (Small) sized burrito. Burap Enterprise targeted the residents in the vicinity of UP Los Baños, the travelers passing by, the students from UP, National High School, and Christian School International. The food store was located at Grove Street which is the business center in Los Baños. Customers buying the burap came between 10am to 8pm.
