Abstract:

“BOMB-nanas” Enterprise introduced a chocolate coated banana with different toppings like marsh mallows, mini white kisses and rice crispies that may surprise customers’ taste buds with a novel approach to fruit snacking. Bananas are good source of potassium and magnesium which aid in maintaining normal blood pressure. They also protect the heart, promote bone health, and help counteract urinary calcium loss caused by increased ion potassium levels in the urine.
