Abstract:

BUP Ketchup Enterprise which stands for Bottom’s UP Pineapple produced ketchup that is made of pineapple. The business location is strategic because Calauan is known for pineapples as it is the pineapple capital of the province of Laguna.

The study showed that the profitability of the proposed business is not as high as would be desired by most; personally selling a consumable product can create relatively larger revenue than letting the product sit on shelves; introducing and selling a new kind or variety of a consumable product is challenging; business could be operated with minimal capital.
