Abstract:

Roshica Enterprise aimed to be recognized in Calamba City and nearby towns and cities as provider of excellent quality food that provides a healthy snack to consumers who are living a fast paced lifestyle. Embupao is a round shape steamed bun which dough is mixed with chopped malunggay and made attractive by the use of atsuete, giving it a distinct appearance. Its filling is pork embutido with a special sauce to complement its taste. Each piece of embupao is rich in calories, calcium, sodium, potassium, iron, protein, and vitamins.
