Abstract:

Improving the security of the city plays a vital role in a place where many people come in every day. This study intended to help the City Hall of Cabuyao to improve its present surveillance system for more secured premises and safer workplace for employees. The researchers presented three alternative solutions with complete information about the new camera designation layout, specifications, and costs of equipment. The alternatives included replacement of equipment and expanding the present wired surveillance system, network video system using video servers, and installation of IP surveillance system using network cameras.
