PHENOMENOLOGY OF FATHERS WITH SPECIAL CHILD

Abstract:

The study described the phenomenology of fathers with special child. It particularly described: 1) the relevant experiences of the  father taking care of a special child; 2) the father – special child relationship; 3) the father’s perceptions toward various situations with his special child; and 4) the father’s coping mechanisms in dealing with his special child.
