VALUE ASSESSMENT OF LETRANITE NURSES IN SELECTED HOSPITALS IN LAGUNA

Abstract:

This research assessed the values of Letranite staff nurses in selected hospitals in Laguna. Twenty- nine staff nurses and ten nurse supervisors were selected through purposive sampling. Adopting the comparative method of research, the study used the statistical tools such as frequency and percentages, weighted mean, average scoring, and the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test in order to determine the significant differences between the Letranite staff nurses’s  and nurse supervisors’s perception of the values of Letranite staff nurses.
