PRODUCTION AND MARKETING OF CHOP N’ SLIDE CHOPPING BOARD FROM RECYCLED WOOD

Abstract:

This study determined the feasibility of producing an innovative chopping board from recycled coco lumber, the Chop n’ Slide Chopping Board, which can minimize motions in using chopping board while preparing food. The board has a detachable vegetable slicer, a pivot chopper, knife sharpener, and a knife compartment.
