COMPARATIVE STUDY OF THE SANITATION PRACTICES DURING PROCUREMENT OF CRISOSTOMO AND SUMOSAM RESTAURANTS IN NUVALI, STA. ROSA, LAGUNA

Abstract:

This study aimed to compare  the procurement and sanitation procedures of Crisostomo’s and SumoSam Restaurants, two prominent theme-based restaurants in Nuvali, Sta. Rosa. Three major procurement  stages, mainly purchasing, receiving, and storing and its sanitation practices were analyzed. Findings revealed that these two restaurants had their own specific standards in sustaining the specific products they offer - Crisostomo’s, being a Filipino inspired restaurant while SumoSam, a Japanese-cultured franchise.
