HOSPITAL’S REVOLVING DOOR EXPERIENCE: AN ANALYSIS OF NURSES’ TURNOVER

Abstract:

This study determined the experiences of the chief nurses regarding turnover of nurses, the factors causing and affecting nurses turnover, and the measures implemented by private hospitals in Calamba City, Laguna regarding nurses turnover. An in-depth interview was conducted to collect necessary data from chief nurses of St. John the Baptist Medical Center Inc, Pamana Incorporated, and Calamba Doctor's Hospital.
