Abstract:

This case study determined the safety of Coconut Hills Beach Resort in Bauan, Batangas in terms of its natural phenomena. This also identified the preventive measures adopted, the safety action plans implemented in the different areas of the resort, and the problems experienced by the resort brought about by natural phenomena.
