Abstract:

This descriptive study assessed the customer service quality of Bistro Halaan Bar and Restaurant based on the set customer service quality; identified how it was delivered; and determined the possible suggestions to improve it.

Using interview guide and checklist observation, the researchers gathered data. Findings of the study revealed that the restaurant was offering different superior quality customer services. Bistro Halaan Bar and Restaurant delivered quality service to satisfy customers through making them feel relaxed and enjoying their stay. It gave the best quality of food and beverages through a fine dining service. An acoustic band also provided entertainment. The restaurant also had friendly staff, dedicated and committed to make their customers happy and satisfied
