Abstract:

This study described the waste disposal practices of Crisostomo Restaurant in Solenad I, Nuvali, Sta. Rosa, Laguna, specifically in the kitchen, dining, and the open areas. It identified the strengths/weaknesses of the waste disposal practices of the restaurant and the training programs given by the management relative to waste disposal. The researchers conducted interview with the restaurant manager and an observation using checklist based on the standards set by the Eco-waste Management of Nuvali.
