INTELLIGENT ANNOUNCEMENT BOARD

Abstract:

This study aimed to develop an intelligent announcement board that gives updated announcement and simultaneous information dissemination to both UIC Bonifacio and Fr. Selga campus. This device or system consisted of three (3) system units, two (2) 32 inches flat screen television, two (2) PIr sensors or motion sensors and a GSM Module. This study made of the experimental development method and descriptive approach. The gathered data were then recorded and analyzed by the researchers and statistician to find out whether the device achieved its objectives. The findings of the study revealed that the device functioned with a very high level of efficiency as depicted by the overall rating from the evaluators. The features of the device were materialized which led to the attainment of the objectives of this study.
