Factors Affecting the Reading Ability Among Junior High School Students of Saint Michael College of Caraga

Abstract:

At the point when kids figure out how to read, they figure out how to connect and compose images with talked sounds, until the point when the affiliation is so very much prepared that it happens suddenly. Tis encouraged the researchers to determine the factors that affect the reading ability of the student and provide a better solution to ease the child’s reading skills. The study used the quantitative methodology of research with the Junior High school students of Saint Michael College of Caraga as the respondents. To be able to identify the factors of reading ability of Junior High School students of Saint Michael College of Caraga, a study was conducted to know the factors that affect the reading ability. A series of survey and collection of data were administered and it was found out that the majority of them belongs to “often.” With the outcome, intervention program designed to retouch and keep up the perusing capacity of the students.
