The Impact of Technology to Human Resource Management of a Private Catholic College

Abstract:

Technology is an essential part of our society nowadays. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of effectivity of technology to Human Resource Management among Personnel, Administrator, and Students in Saint Michael College of Caraga. Te researchers utilized a descriptive-survey type of research wherein the study focuses on present situations. Te respondents were the Personnel, Administrator, and Fourth-year College Students of Saint Michael College of Caraga. Te fndings revealed that the effectiveness of technology in Saint Michael College of Caraga is well strongly agree or effective with the overall weighted mean of 4. Terefore the technologies in Saint Michael College of Caraga are socially innovated as to Biometrics, Closed Circuit Television, Payroll System, and Electronic- Appraisal Performance. It was recommended that the school should continue to exert more effort in discovering new technology that will help and provide the needs of the organization then the technology should be fully funded and receive unconditional support from the management.
