This is a descriptive study made meaningfully through the clear views and observations of the respondents. It looked into the level of the manifestation of the culture of peace and the organizational commitment of employees. A researcher made questionnaire was used in the collection of data. Weighted mean, T-test, ANOVA and Pearson r had been likewise utilized as statistical tools. The unanimous answer of seeing culture of peace as frequently manifested was coupled with the claim of a very strong organizational commitment of the employees. The features in the accreditation tools and the Institutional Stewardship Program (InStep) had been made bases in the preparation of the questionnaire and as springboard in the proposed program for enhancement to meet the objectives of honing peace and organizational commitment of employees and students, parents and guardians at a later time. Said program was propelled towards ownership of the endeavors.
