Determinants of Investment Decisions Among Entrepreneurs in Nasipit Agusan del Norte

Abstract:

Investment decision-making is a difficult challenge for investors, particularly in a changing or growing environment with many preferences and standards. This research aimed to establish and explain the determinants of investment decisions among Nasipit Agusan del Norte entrepreneurs. This research was facilitated by using structured questionnaires and adopted a descriptive survey design. Based on the findings, the extent of investment determinant factors among entrepreneurs in Nasipit, Agusan Del Norte, in terms of practical skill, interpersonal skill, creative/critical thinking skill the result shows that the entrepreneurs are in the above average to the extent of investment determinant factor. Thus, they managed to practice the entire investment determinant factor; therefore, they can connect their business to themselves as entrepreneurs, leading them to invest. Since most of the vendors got low-level entrepreneurial skills in terms of planning, training, and seminars on the basic entrepreneur, it was recommended that they must enhance their entrepreneurial skills and capabilities, specifically in terms of planning. It would certainly benefit them not only in enhancing their entrepreneurial skills but also in terms of customer relations. Moreover, the enrichment program to help the entrepreneurs in the public market of Nasipit enhance their practices of entrepreneurial skills.
