Abstract:

Nagsisimula ang lahat sa 'mystique' at nagtatapos sa politique ... Ang mahalagang tanong ay hindi kung magwawagi ang ganito o ganyang politique sa iba pang politique. Mahalaga ito; interesante ito. Ngunit ang tunay na tanong, ang tunay na malasakit, ang tunay na buod ay nasa bawat kaayusan, sa bawat sistema: hindi malalamon ang mystique ng politique na kanyang isinilang. Wala sa pagtatagumpay ng ganito o ganyang politique ang buod, ang tunay na malasakit, ang tanong, ngunit nasa bawat sistema sa bawat kaayusan, sa bawat mystique; hindi masisilo ang mystique ng Politique na kanyang isinilang.
