Abstract:

Currently, Sa Dulo Hotspring Resort does not have an accounting office that should manage the transactions inside its premises. The owner of the resort cannot monitor all the transactions due to distance from the resort. Hence, misappropriation and inaccurate data in the report are likely to happen. To avoid this problem, an automated system was proposed to help the business maximize their budget and to monitor the income and expenses records. The proposed system aimed to provide analytics to inform the staff and owner of the current state of the business. It can provide graphs with explanations, and it can allow the staff to encode the income and expense details every time a transaction is made through the system. Since databases are available for them to store all the information, logbook will be used only if an error occurs. The owner can view all the encoded information and the graphs for the analytics that the system provided to see through the situations of income vs expense of the business and to foresee the income and expenses in the future. The system server used mysql as the database management for the cloud server.
