Abstract:

This feasibility study aimed to determine the potential of using smartphone in the delivery of groceries. It adopted a descriptive research design through qualitative approach. Grocery shopping consumes a lot of time that it has become a major chore not only to mothers but also to everyone who go to stores or shops for their basic needs. Thus, the researchers came up with the idea of giving an option to people in terms of changing their buying behavior in a new and hassle-free way. By using smartphones, the time allotted for grocery shopping will be reduced since it will be just one press away, and grocery shopping is done. The shoppers can have their groceries in no time without leaving the comfort of their own home.
