Abstract:

The establishment of a marketing arm could aid the publishing company in gaining brand recognition, uplift revenue, and competition. The study could help the companies improve their marketing strategies to customers and widen their customer base. The proposed project utilized needs analysis via survey interview to find out if there is a need for the new service in the first and second districts of Laguna. The primary target market of the business would be the publishing industry in the 1st and 2nd districts of Laguna and the secondary target market would be the places outside the 1st and 2nd districts of Laguna. The researchers chose the municipality of Sta. Rosa as their locale because it is one of the most visited municipalities in Laguna. After months of gathering data and all the aspects needed for the study, the researchers recommended that future researchers may conduct a similar study to improve the services it offers. This would result in increased sales and revenue generation, not only for the publishing industries but also for the marketing arm businesses.
