Being a first-class city in the province of Laguna, Calamba City is a busy place; hence, making it an ideal location in putting up a business. The research focused on the proposed business in terms of marketing, technical, management, financial, environmental and socio- economic aspects to determine the feasibility and capability of the proposed business. The information gathered about its market was essential in the planning and implementation stage. In conclusion, Cafe Morgana can market its product and food service well by promoting them through various means. It is a viable and feasible business and can potentially improve through proper business execution and effective marketing strategies.
