The Establishment of a Sports Café in Nuvali Sta.Rosa, Laguna

Abstract:

Sports Eye Cafe is a business venture that provides a variety of food and beverages, entertainment such as televisions airing sports events, and leisure games that enable customers to enjoy their cafe experience. Its objective was to satisfy customers demand in providing high quality food and services while promoting sports to its customers. The researchers then determined the viability of the proposed business together with the other aspects included in this study. The substitute method and needs analysis were employed through interviews and surveys. The proposed business was concluded viable based on the results of the surveys and interviews. The marketing aspect of the Sports Eye Café showed that it can supply the unsatisfied demand available for the proposed business. Technically, its operation is feasible since it can attain the business’ goals and objectives as well as the project schedule. Financially, it showed that the proposed business will be profitable in the long run. It is also acceptable as it will provide significant benefits to the society and the economy. The management will adhere to all regulations regarding the safety of its customers and the conservation of the environment. The proponents recommend that the proposed business should follow its specified plans and focus on its goals and objectives for it to become successful.
