The product consists of the said excess cotton pads with a built-in massager that would serve as a lumbar support to give the user the comfort they need. The goal of this study was to develop a high-quality product that does not only help people in reducing the risk of having neck and back pain but also help in decreasing environmental problems through segregation, reusing, and recycling. The researchers used descriptive method to gather information and data needed in the study. They distributed survey questionnaires to respondents within the target market in Calamba City, Laguna.
