Francisco G. Ofrin | John Carlo L. Terrible | Ric Jayson B. Medallon

Abstract:

The project feasibility study focused on reducing the amount of wastes produced by Yazaki-Torres Manufacturing Inc. The researchers aimed to design a glass grip holder that is made from synthetic rubber infused with silicone to have a smooth texture, making it comfortable in the hand of the user. The study conducted a survey to determine the product demand, and based on the survey results, the product will have an increasing demand in the first five years of operation. With an investment capital of 7,500,549.00, it will have an initial market share of 23.26% in the first year of operation. The project is deemed feasible since it will have a return of investment of 5.51% in the first year of its operation, and it is expected to increase in the successive years. TOM Manufacturing Incorporated would recover its investment in 2 years, 8 months, and 5 days.
