Ergonomically Designed Cup Support: A Feasibility Study High-Density Polyethylene

Abstract:

The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of designing an ergonomically HDPE Cup Support. The proposed project is a clip cup support that can be placed on the side of over-bed table, allowing more space for different food items. It can also be used for other purposes, and it can be brought anywhere. The researchers consulted selected in-patients of tertiary hospitals in Laguna for the acceptability of the proposed project. The study first looked at the literature about other existing cup support, and then followed the step proposed by the literature to conduct the feasibility of the proposed product with different specifications. Site selection, competition, and financial analysis were made through observation, surveys, and literature review.
