Production and Marketing of an Ergonomically Designed Panel Board made of Harnessed Saw Dust for Ceiling and Walling

Abstract:

This research aimed to produce a panel board using sawdust urea formaldehyde and paraffin wax as an additive. It also determined the right proportion of sawdust in making a panel board in screw withdrawal, thickness swelling, and water absorption test. The panel board can be a good alternative to existing products since it is affordable and durable. Future studies may conduct further testing on its flexibility and durability.
