Abstract:

This research analyzed the feasibility of producing and marketing an ergonomic pillow that is made entirely from the waste of the host company, Form Asia Autocarpets, Inc. in Canlubang, Calamba. The company has primary products like Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) and polyester foam that are used in making vehicle carpets and seat covers. The waste from the company could be used as raw materials in making any type of pillows. As a recommendation, future researchers may further analyze the features of the pillow. In addition, they may investigate other possible uses of the industrial waste to benefit the company itself and other consumers financially and ergonomically.
