Clients and Management Perspective: A Case of Everything by K

Abstract:

Customer relationships are essential for any organization. They do not only increase trust and loyalty resulting in repeated business transactions, but they can also lead to customers recommending the business to their friends or colleagues. This study determined how Everything by K managed and organized both their staff and their events. Specifically, this study aimed to determine the profile of Everything by K, the feedbacks of clients regarding their rendered services and products, the perspectives of the staff on their management, and the areas to be maintained and improved in the business. Four former clients of the company became the key sources of information of this study, which was conducted at Centro de San Lorenzo, Santa Rosa, Laguna; Tanauan, Batangas, and Tagaytay City. The results of the analysis showed that Everything by K offers a variety of event services, such as corporate events, wedding, debut, baptismal, etc. The greatest number of events that they handled were weddings and debuts. Based on the findings, it is suggested that the company should ensure that they can handle any kind of situations that may arise. These feedbacks should be obtained not only from their main clients but also from their clients’ guests. In addition, managers need to ensure that employees have a clear understanding of their individual goals and their contribution on the achievement of the organization’s goals. Lastly, managers should be a great leader who must oversee projects and make any needed changes to achieve work goals.
