Abstract:

This study aimed to determine to what extent of innovative work behaviours of mathematics teachers in terms of idea generation, idea promotion, and idea realization. It also further examines to what extent the implementation of modular distance learning is in terms of teaching, assessing, learning, feedback, and the module overall. This study utilized descriptive-correlational with 120 elementary teachers as respondents using random sampling. Results showed that teachers' generation of new ideas is relatively high, which could be inferred that teachers look for opportunities to improve things. Similarly, results revealed that teachers working behaviour in terms of idea promotion are high, which suggests that teachers generate individual ideas and promote ideas by finding new approaches to innovate their work performance. In addition, teacher's innovative work behaviour is described as high in terms of idea realization, which could be inferred that oftentimes teachers manifest transform ideas into practices to give materialization of the generated ideas
