Abstract:

The primary objective of the paper is to know the perceived site quality of family restaurants that adapted to several technological developments to get through the hardships brought by the COVID-19 pandemic. This research also identified if there are significant differences between the perceived site quality of family restaurants in consideration of the demographic profile of the respondents. 300 respondents were gathered using convenience sampling method to participate with the research study’s data collection. They were asked to complete a survey questionnaire to collect relevant data for this study. After gathering data and interpreting the results, the researchers were able to identify that most of the respondents have the intention to revisit the site and purchase from the restaurant through it. Overall, the family restaurants’ consumers agree that their chosen family restaurants are technology resilient as they adapt to the new normal. Given the need for assessment of site quality, more research is needed to better understand the perception of consumers with regards to the technological resiliency of the restaurant industry.
