Mary Grace R. Villamor | Jerico John G. Dalangin

Abstract:

Different factors may affect the entrepreneurial intention of students. The main objective for this study is to examine the relationship of demographic factors, namely, family background, gender, and entrepreneurial education on the entrepreneurial intention of Senior High School Students under ABM Track in Valenzuela. The demographic factor such as entrepreneurial education and gender showed significant relationship to entrepreneurial intention. Whereas, family background whether entrepreneur or non-entrepreneur did not show any significant relationship on entrepreneurial intentions. It is obvious in focus group result that they have been provided confidence in the planning, simulation, and start-up of an organization by entrepreneurship subject.
