Abstract:

Education is one of the major criteria when measuring a country’s development. Therefore, it is essential to measure, understand, and provide effective ways to enhance graduate employability in industries that align with their skills. This research aimed to understand the factors contributing to the low employability rates of Criminology graduates and to provide more career opportunities by proposing a strengthened collaboration between Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation and law enforcement, public safety, and security agencies in Quezon. This research aimed to highlight other fulfilling career opportunities highly suitable for criminology students and graduates. The research aimed to give criminology students a glimpse of the possible career opportunities in other law enforcement offices in the government and in the private sector to increase the employability rate of the graduates. The data were collected from the unemployed and underemployed Criminology graduates from 2016 to 2019.
